Refund and Return Policy

Equipe Autoparts (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to customer satisfaction and compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days provided that:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- You have valid proof of purchase
- The item is not a custom, special-order, clearance or fitted item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A handling fee of up to 20% may apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Trade.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending any goods back.

Include your invoice number, reason for return, and contact details. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your product is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described or not fit for purpose
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may need to assess the product or consult the manufacturer before issuing a remedy. Where applicable, you may be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is not refundable
- If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit—please pack carefully and consider insuring returns
Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items that have been misused, damaged, or modified
- Products returned without a valid Return Authorisation
- Goods not purchased directly from Equipe Autoparts
Custom orders, clearance stock, or products that have been installed
